Our Mission & Vision

Raised in WI by two career Real Estate Brokers, Matt Kirchoff brings a lifetime of real estate sales, construction & management experience to the table. Matt holds a BS in Mech. Engineering from UW-Madison, an Executive MBA from The Lubar School of Business, CA & WI Broker licenses, and a CA General Contractor's license. Matt is also a combat veteran, having served 8yrs in the Army Corps of Engineers with one deployment to Afghanistan during OEFVII.

Greenville, RI & vicinty

Positions Available:

Master Carpenter

Carpenter Apprentice

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Commitment to quality while always putting safety first

-Physical ability to lift up to 80lbs.

-Basic math & measuring skills

-Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

-High School diploma or equivalent

-Willingness to learn and work within a team

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

-Experience with general carpentry & masonry

-Mechanical skills to operate power tools & machinery

-Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles/methods

-Familiarity with reading & interpreting construction drawings
